I stayed for 3 nights with a group. The staff provided great recommendations and marked a map for us. The location allowed us easy access to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The happy hour with wine made the evenings nice. Despite the steep stairs, it wasn't a big issue since they helped with our luggage.
The stairs may present a challenge for some guests. A cooked breakfast would have been a preferred option.

Perfect spot with kind folks who really care. Free tea, delightful drinks hour, and those lovely valet parking elves made our stay relaxing. The modern rooms were a dream!
But, darling, those 27 steps were more than my legs bargained for! A mini workout before breakfast is not quite my idea of a good time!

Perfect spot in Florence!
What a lovely stay! Our room was super comfy and quiet. The location was just perfect for hitting all the sights. Staff were friendly and so accommodating. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and the in-room breakfast was a nice treat. Just be ready for the 26 stairs to get to the elevator—not a huge deal, but something to note!

Leonardo at the front desk was amazing, helping with perfect restaurant picks and making us feel right at home. The cozy common area and delicious breakfast made it easy to unwind after a day out. Just keep in mind that the room felt a bit snug for four, but we didn't mind since we spent most of our time relaxing in the lounge! 😊

great location but needs a bit more attention to detail
The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of fresh options that set a positive tone for the day. The cheerful happy hour offered a welcome chance to unwind after exploring, a lovely touch!
The overall décor felt a bit dated and could benefit from modernization.

A boutique hotel feel with a touch of history, the location is superb, just a short stroll from major attractions. Enjoyed a well-equipped room boasting a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower in a stylish bathroom. The friendly staff made it truly memorable, always ready with a smile. Complimentary afternoon tea, happy hour drinks, and a diverse breakfast added extra delight. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and accessing the hotel involves a steep staircase, which might pose a challenge for some guests.
